Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of ROOM, including the website, browser demo, desktop app, downloads, generated files, and DAW connector tools. ROOM is operated by Soloxholdings, a Delaware C-Corp.

2. Product Status
ROOM is currently offered as a preview product. Features, model behavior, download availability, connectors, output formats, and service availability may change without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use ROOM to violate law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass technical restrictions, or create abusive, deceptive, or harmful content. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, downloads, and how you use generated output.
4. Generated Output
ROOM is designed to help create music production materials such as audio, stems, and MIDI. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial release, client delivery, distribution, or public use, including any clearance, rights, or compliance obligations.
5. Desktop App and DAW Connector
The ROOM desktop app may save files locally and communicate with supported DAW connectors such as the bundled REAPER ReaScript. You should only install and run connector scripts you trust, and you are responsible for your local files, DAW sessions, plugins, and system configuration.
6. Third-Party Services
ROOM may link to or rely on third-party services such as GitHub, Hugging Face, browser demos, model hosting, or DAW/plugin vendors. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
ROOM, the website, app design, source materials, branding, and product materials are owned by Soloxholdings or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent ROOM except as allowed by applicable open-source licenses or written permission.
8. No Warranty
ROOM is provided “as is” and “as available.” Soloxholdings does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, compatibility with every DAW/plugin setup, or suitability for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soloxholdings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, failed sessions, or DAW/project issues arising from use of ROOM.
10. Changes
Soloxholdings may update these Terms as ROOM develops. Continued use of ROOM after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
