Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Soloxholdings handles information in connection with ROOM, including the website, browser demo, desktop app, downloads, and DAW connector tools. Soloxholdings is a Delaware C-Corp.

2. Website
The ROOM website is a static product site. It may be served by hosting providers that process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs.
3. Browser Demo
The hosted browser demo may send prompts, settings, and generated job data to the hosting/model service used to run the demo. Do not submit confidential, unreleased, or client-sensitive material unless you are comfortable with that processing.
4. Desktop App
The ROOM desktop app is designed to save generated materials such as WAV files, stems, MIDI, manifests, and settings locally on your machine. Local files remain on your device unless you choose to move, upload, share, or process them with a connected service.
5. DAW Connector
The REAPER connector works through local command and feedback files on your computer. It is intended to import generated files and control supported DAW actions locally. Those local files may include paths, track names, plugin names, and project state details.
6. Downloads and External Links
ROOM links to external services such as GitHub and Hugging Face for downloads, source materials, or demos. Those third parties may collect information under their own privacy policies.
7. No Sale of Personal Information
Soloxholdings does not sell personal information from ROOM users. If this changes, this policy will be updated before the new practice begins.
8. Security
No system is perfectly secure. Keep your operating system, DAW, plugins, browser, and ROOM desktop app updated, and only run scripts or downloads from sources you trust.
9. Changes
Soloxholdings may update this Privacy Policy as ROOM changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
